Job description
  • Operate according to established DOP’s, SOP’s, and SOF’s.
  • Dismantle and assemble simple equipment for use or cleaning such as Cuno filters, grinders, socks, blender covers, etc.
  • Housekeeping – maintain a clean, neat and well-organized operation. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Practice good communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Operate a forklift in safe manner
  • Drop presses and clean press plates as required.
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs. bags from ground level to a height of 40 inches
  • Ability to climb 4-5 rung vertical ladder also climb stairs (17-18 steps) a minimum of 6 times per day.
  • Rim roll containers with less gross weights of less than 200 lbs.
  • Work in areas where temperature could exceed 100-degree F.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Basic math skills. Computer, keyboard and navigation. Operation of a scale. Ability to read and understand written instructions. Ability to read and understand temperature recorder charts for simple equipment such as dry houses.
