First Steps Nursing and Therapy is hiring a Full-time Home Health Scheduler / Healthcare Recruiter to support our pediatric private duty nursing team.
If you have experience scheduling nurses or recruiting in home health and can manage a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-call rotation required
Coordinate schedules for LVNs and RNs
Manage call-outs and fill open shifts quickly
Ensure all patient cases are fully staffed
Communicate with nurses daily regarding schedules
Recruit and screen nurses LVNs and RNs
Conduct phone interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain active candidate pipeline
Assist with onboarding new hires
1+ year home health scheduling OR healthcare recruiting experience (REQUIRED)
Experience working with LVNs and RNs preferred
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency required
Stable, full-time schedule
