Home Energy Pros is seeking a dynamic and motivated Seminar Sales Representative to join our growing team! This is a unique opportunity to present our energy efficiency solutions in a seminar format, helping homeowners understand the benefits of reducing energy costs while earning substantial commissions.

Position: Seminar Sales Representative
Location: Greater Fort Wayne Area
Compensation: $125,000 - $155,000+ per year (based on performance)

What We’re Looking For:


• Strong public speaking and presentation skills

• Experience in sales, especially in-home or seminar-based sales

• Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales effectively

• Self-starter with a passion for helping others save on energy costs

• Comfortable with commission-based income

Responsibilities:


• Deliver engaging presentations to small groups of homeowners

• Educate attendees on energy-saving solutions and products

• Follow up with attendees to provide estimates and close sales

• Meet or exceed sales goals
