Lead Bartender Falsetto Hospitality | Fort Lauderdale, FL Compensation: Salary + shifts + tips (high earning potential) Position: Full-time, on-site Benefits:Growth opportunities · Employee dining discounts · Free parking · Fast-paced, high-volume environment The Role This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Bartender in a high-volume, high-end restaurant environment. The Lead Bartender is a hands-on service leader responsible for executing elevated cocktail service, supporting daily bar operations, and maintaining consistency in quality, presentation, and guest experience. Requirements/Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) - 3+ years bartending experience in a high-volume environment - Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting - Proven ability to maintain high service standards - Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Core Responsibilities - Execute cocktail preparation with precision, consistency, and speed - Deliver exceptional guest service and bar engagement - Assist with weekly inventory counts and stock organization - Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and operational readiness - Communicate supply needs and assist with bar standards orders - Support training of new bartenders and uphold service standards - Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines Who We’re Looking For - A bartender who leads by example behind the bar - Someone who thrives in high-energy environments - A team player with strong attention to detail - A hospitality-driven professional focused on guest experience Special Instructions Please do not send any emails, resumes, or call.
