Looking for a rewarding and impactful career as a BCBA?Welcome to BEST BUDS ABA THERAPY!!We are a passionate and dedicated team, committed to providing high-quality ABA therapy to children and families in need throughout Nevada.As a BCBA with BEST BUDS ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the clients you work with, while enjoying a true work-life balance.We are looking to hire a highly trained Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) that is looking to make a difference in children's and families lives while enjoying every minute of it!Job Types:Full-time, Part-timePay:Up to $135,000.00 per yearQualificationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationProficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapyExperience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autismStrong patient care skills and ability to conduct patient assessmentsKnowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentationPrior experience in supervising and diagnostic evaluationFamiliarity with medical terminology and recordsAbility to collect and analyze data for behavioral interventionResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.BenefitsContinuing education creditsDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceMileage reimbursementPaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programVision insuranceBenefits:Bonus opportunitiesRetention bonus.
