Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Aideto support the review and processing of annual recertifications and related program documentation. This is a temporary -month assignment with a flexible schedule based on operational needs.
Under direct supervision, the selected candidate will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties, with a strong emphasis on document management and proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, as all annual certifications are processed and managed through this platform.
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesReview annual recertification packets for completeness and accuracy.
Contact program participants to obtain required documentation and clarify missing information.
Prepare and issue Notices of Intended Action (NOIA) in accordance with established procedures.
Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Acrobat to:
Manage, edit, organize, and manipulate annual certification documents
Review forms for accuracy
Combine and organize files
Ensure proper document formatting
Organize and assemble files for Housing Specialist staff to complete processing.
Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed.
Ability to operate standard office equipment (computer, printer, copier, calculator).
Proficiency in computer applications, including:
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Adobe Acrobat (strongly preferred)
Ability to organize and prepare files efficiently and accurately.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to interact courteously and tactfully with coworkers and program participants.
