Occupational Therapist (OT) - Per Diem
At Shrewsbury Rehabilitation and Nursing at Southgate, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join our team in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients. Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical and occupational abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
Design and implement effective occupational therapy programs to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers
Requirements:
Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
