Occupational Therapist SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) — located in Kirkland, WA. Job Details
- Certifications/Education/Experience Requirements: Valid occupational therapy license, graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program, minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility setting, and experience with PointClickCare electronic medical records system.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The position may involve providing patient evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
