Maverick Currencies is hiring a Forex & Crypto Trader based in Arlington, TX. This is a remote, performance-based opportunity — we fund qualified traders with up to $400,000 in firm capital and split profits 60% to 90% depending on performance tier.
Arlington-based traders share one of the cleanest setups in the country. Central time puts the London/New York overlap — the highest-volume window in forex — squarely in mid-morning local, which is one of the cleanest schedules the market offers. What you bring is the discipline; the location quietly takes care of the rest.
Pay is structured as a profit split on trading returns, not a salary. Profitable traders typically retain 60% to 90% of the gains they generate, with annual earnings landing between $50,000 and $200,000+ for those who maintain consistency. Traders who do not produce profitable results do not generate earnings under this model — it is a performance-based role in the most direct sense.
Q: How long does it take to get funded?
A: It varies. Traders who follow the curriculum and stay disciplined often move into a funded account within a few months of starting the evaluation. Traders who skip the rules or trade emotionally take longer — or never get funded.
Q: What's the time commitment?
A: Traders who do well typically protect 2–4 hours per day during their local market window. Consistency over time matters more than long hours; we'd rather see ninety minutes daily than ten hours twice a month.
