Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team in the Bronx, NY. Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction
Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and other support staff
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary
Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our residents
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and the community to promote a positive and supportive environment
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing education and professional development
Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Requirements:
Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of New York
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a healthcare leadership role
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
