  • Minimum of two years of engineering management experience.
  • Minimum of four years of FAA Repair Station engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of FAA and EASA regulations.
  • Experience analyzing OEM technical manuals and designing equivalent tooling and test equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex electronic systems to the component level.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and engineering design tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engineering projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience developing technical documentation and training materials.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in a fast-paced aerospace environment. The ideal candidate is technically strong, innovative, and enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while leading a collaborative team.
