Maverick Currencies is hiring a Proprietary FX Trader based in Irving, TX. This is a remote, performance-based opportunity — we fund qualified traders with up to $400,000 in firm capital and split profits 60% to 90% depending on performance tier.
For traders living in Irving, the math works in your favor. Central time puts the London/New York overlap — the highest-volume window in forex — squarely in mid-morning local, which is one of the cleanest schedules the market offers. The result: peak FX volume concentrates into the first few hours of your workday, so a disciplined morning routine matters more than long screen time.
Compensation here is performance-driven. You keep a profit split on the trading returns you generate — 60% to 90% based on your experience and performance tier. Consistent profitable traders typically earn between $50,000 and $200,000 annually, though this is not a salary; if you do not trade profitably, you do not earn from this role. We are direct about that because it matters.
Q: Is this remote?
A: Yes — every funded trader in the program works remotely. We hire US-based traders only, and you'll need a workable home setup with reliable internet, but otherwise you're free to work from wherever in the country you live.
Q: Can I scale faster than the milestone path?
A: The scaling milestones exist to protect both you and the firm's capital. Skipping them isn't really on the table — but the milestones themselves move quickly for traders who are genuinely consistent. The system rewards results, just on a sensible timeline.
