HVAC Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity.

Salary :

• $85,000-$110,000/year based on experience Location : Charlotte, NC Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K match and more!

Schedule :

• M-F (7 am to 4:30 pm) Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire Key Responsibilities for Project Manager Manage commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through completion Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall performance Assist with estimating and cost analysis as part of project lifecycle Support bid preparation and review project scopes and specifications Maintain clear communication with clients and project teams Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards Qualifications for HVAC Project Manager: 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience Strong interest in learning and developing estimating skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Comfortable learning new software and systems Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation If you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
