We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Shock Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and performance optimization of shock absorbers for a variety of applications, including UTV and Snowmobile shocks. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for precision work.

This position involves hands-on mechanical work in a shop setting, with occasional travel for events, testing, or customer support.
The starting pay range for California is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime. Individual pay and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
