Job description

The Role

  • Were hiring a full-time, in-office Insurance Sales Producer to help new and existing clients protect what matters most while building a high-income career inside a fast-growing Farmers Insurance agency.
  • This is not a call-center role and not commission-only.

  • Coachable and motivated
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to obtain Oklahoma P&C and Life Insurance licenses
  • Sales or client-facing experience is a plus (not required)
  • Dependable, ethical, and goal-driven
