NOVACES is seeking a qualified Program Manager to support the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) under the Business Management Support Services contract. The selected candidate will provide program leadership, strategic planning support, and oversight of complex, multi-disciplinary tasking in support of DoD stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a minimum of three (3) additional years of relevant experience.
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of program management experience supporting DoD military and/or civilian customers.
