Location: Pomona, CA
Pay Rate: per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM

Requirements
- Previous billing experience required
- Transportation industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
Job Duties
- Process billing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Review billing documents for completeness and accuracy
- Enter and maintain billing information in company systems
- Verify transportation paperwork and supporting documentation
- Resolve billing discrepancies as needed
- Maintain organized billing records and files
- Communicate with internal departments regarding billing questions and documentation
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
