HVAC Service Sales Representative - Commercial & Industrial - Pennsauken, NJLor-Mar is a leading mechanical services company serving businesses and facilities in the Philadelphia metro area. Our clients include commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and retail businesses providing a full range of HVAC, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal Services.The Service Sales Representative will be responsible for setting new commercial and industrial HVAC preventative maintenance qualified sales leads in the assigned territory. Candidates should have demonstrated success in developing and setting new business opportunities and a successful track record in commercial/industrial B2B sales over the phone, through emails, and social media, organizations, etc. The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a passion for relationship building and gaining new business opportunities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Generate new customer qualified sales leads by identifying and developing new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling, organizational affiliations, referrals, mailers, social media, etc.Work closely and collaboratively with the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategiesIdentify, assess, and initiate contact with potential customersConduct high volume prospecting to be defined to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social mediaSchedule opportunity leads/assessments and discovery meetings for Sales Representatives to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with Lor-MarMeet the weekly sales activity goal phone calls, contacts made, qualified leads set, marketing mailers sent outConduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assignedCollaborate with the sales team to qualify and engage target customersUtilize prospecting and research tools including email, phone and social media, lists, etc. and coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunitiesRegularly maintain and enter activity and campaign effectiveness through the CRM systemQualifications including Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Energetic, goal driven, motivated, and possess drive necessary to develop new business relationshipsProven ability to achieve sales targetsExcellent communication and presentation skills, organization, and customer communicationPositive attitude and a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and sound judgmentBe able to work independently as well as successfully with the sales teamExperience with utilizing a CRMStrong organizational and communication skillsBase salary starting from $65,000 plus commission.First year OTE $100,000-110,000+
