1. Maintain dimensional quality on all parts by repeated inspection throughout the machining process2. Read and interpret blueprints3. Use basic measuring instruments such as: micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators4. Verify that all instruments used have been calibrated5. Perform pre and final machining on parts in accordance with written and verbal instructions6. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment7. Ensure all environment, health, and safety rules, requirements, and procedures are adhered to8. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
