Delta View Post-Acute is seeking caring professionals to join our team and help deliver exceptional resident-centered care in a supportive and rewarding environment. Position Information Location: Delta View Post-Acute - Antioch, CA Employment Type: Full-Time & On-Call Opportunities Available Shifts Available: * AM Shift * PM Shift * NOC Shift Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour About Delta View Post-Acute Delta View Post-Acute is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Our team works together to create a positive environment where residents receive exceptional care and employees are empowered to succeed. What You'll Do As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs while promoting their comfort, independence, and well-being.
Working alongside nurses and interdisciplinary team members, you will help ensure residents receive the highest standard of care. Responsibilities * Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility * Measure and record vital signs accurately * Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff * Document care and services provided in accordance with facility policies * Support individualized care plans and resident goals * Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests * Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment * Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Qualifications * Current and active CNA certification required * Current CPR/BLS certification required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude * Previous skilled nursing experience preferred but not required Benefits & Perks * Competitive pay * Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time employees * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid time off * Employee recognition and bonus opportunities * Ongoing education and professional development * Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture * Opportunities for career growth within the organization Why Join Us?
