Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join a well-established craft beer brewing organization in the Seaport area of Boston, MA. This is a hands-on manufacturing maintenance role with a strong emphasis on electrical controls and industrial HVAC experience. The Boston facility supports production and canning for 19 brands. This flagship location runs on legacy equipment that demands strong electrical fundamentals, creative troubleshooting skills, and comfort working with older control systems in a fast-paced, fun production environment.

Position Offers

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and hands-on troubleshooting on brewery and packaging equipment

• Diagnose and repair electrical controls systems (motors, drives, panels, sensors, pneumatics)

• Troubleshoot and support industrial HVAC systems within the facility

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to reduce downtime

• Accurately document work performed in the maintenance system

Requirements

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong electrical and controls troubleshooting/programming experience required

• Experience as a Maintenance Controls Tech, Electrical Controls Tech, or Industrial HVAC Tech preferred

• Comfortable working with older or legacy control systems

• Background in beverage, food production, packaging, canning, or similar manufacturing strongly preferred
