Summary:
-
Designs and integrates hardware for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for aerospace and defense applications.

Reviews and develops schematics and wiring diagrams for hardware modules.

Generates hardware requirements from subsystem-level specifications.
-
Produces detailed design documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD models using Creo, Zuken, or equivalent tools.

Executes hardware-level integration, troubleshooting, and validation of test systems.
-
Performs data review, trending, and post-test analysis for system validation.

Designs interconnect and cable systems for test equipment.

Works with product-lifecycle management and issue-tracking systems for design, development, and deployment.

Performs hardware verification and system integration activities.

Supports Failure Review Board actions with data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:

Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in electrical hardware design and test.

Experience troubleshooting interactions between software and hardware including network devices and lab instrumentation.

Proficiency with Creo, Windchill, Zuken, Pspice, or comparable design tools.

Experience with interconnect design, schematic development, system integration, and hardware verification.

Experience with cable design and hardware integration.

Experience with product-lifecycle management and issue-tracking systems.

Preferred: Prior work on EGSE or communications systems for aerospace or defense.

Preferred: Familiarity with Atlassian product development processes.
