Data Entry & Verification Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Verification Specialist to maintain the integrity of our company database through accurate data input, updating, and management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & QA: Input data accurately and resolve inconsistencies to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Client Interaction: Professionally handle customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical files for quick retrieval.
  • Deadlines: Manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
  • Fast typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and analytical skills.
