Overview
Artex is a global leader in alternative risk, and this role gives you the chance to help clients shape benefit strategies that support their goals. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to review needs, spot practical solutions, and keep work moving from onboarding through implementation. This role fits self-starters, problem solvers, and relationship builders who like learning, helping others, and doing the work the right way. How you'll make an impact You’ll manage existing client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on benefit strategy, retention, and growth. Day to day, you’ll review client data, help set savings targets, and recommend solutions that line up with what each client needs. You’ll also build relationships with decision makers, support performance conversations, and work with internal teams to keep onboarding, supplier implementation, and contract review on track. Clear communication matters here, because you’ll present ideas in meetings, on calls, and online, while keeping internal systems up to date. About You Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience –OR– High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience Must hold appropriate licensing as required Be able to travel up to 25% of the time Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality Previous experience in managing client relationships essential Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills Experience building benefit strategies and managing client relationships A track record of working in a team-based environment with internal and external partners Comfort reviewing client data, spotting issues, and recommending practical solutions Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities Compensation and benefits At Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
