Here's what you'd do: Assemble components and subassemblies using detailed drawings and work instructions Perform resistance spot welding, laser/TIG welding, and brazing to join components in different production stages. Assemble and leak-check subassemblies (including stems and coolers). Follow all safety, quality, and process standards Work closely with assemblers, process engineers, and product engineers to meet production goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support production schedules, including overtime when needed Here's what you'll get: Pay: $21-$25/hr. Hours: 40 hours/week. Length: Direct Hire. Required Skills / Qualifications:-High School Diploma or GED.-Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.-Minimum of 1 year MIG or TIG welding experience. Preferred Skills / Qualifications:-Associate Degree.-Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.-Good communication and teamwork skills.-Ability to use common hand tools.-Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.-Willingness to support team objectives and production deadlines. Work may involve microscopes and fine-detail assembly-Occasional standing and walking within the work area.-Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements during welding preparation and operation.
