CrossFit Coach

The Role

We’re looking for a part-time CrossFit coach who brings presence, professionalism, and purpose to the floor. You’ll coach group classes, connect with members across all experience levels, and help uphold the standard and culture that Fortify is known for.

This role is ideal for someone who loves coaching people—not just workouts—and who wants to grow as a coach within a supportive, values-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach group CrossFit classes with clear instruction, confidence, and energy
• Teach and demonstrate movements with a strong emphasis on mechanics, consistency, and safety
• Provide appropriate scaling and modifications based on ability, injuries, and experience
• Create an inclusive, motivating, and welcoming environment for all members
• Actively engage with members before, during, and after class
• Uphold Fortify’s coaching standards, class flow, and member experience expectations
• Assist with community events, challenges, and specialty programs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training space
• Continue developing coaching skills and knowledge through feedback and education

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time position: typically 3–10 classes per week, with opportunities for additional hours
