What You'll Do:

• Work with warm, exclusive leads — no cold calling or door knocking required.
• Meet with clients by phone or online to understand their needs and recommend the right coverage.
• Follow a simple, proven sales process with step-by-step training and mentorship.
• Educate clients on insurance options and help them make informed decisions based on their needs and goals.
• Build lasting relationships while helping families protect their financial future.
• Manage follow-ups, applications, and client records using company-provided tools and systems.
• Attend training sessions and coaching calls to continuously develop your sales and communication skills.
• Set your own schedule while working independently to achieve personal and professional growth goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and develop positive client relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow income through performance-based opportunities
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (no experience required)
• Coachable and open to learning, with the ability to follow a proven, step-by-step system
• Ability to work remotely with strong time management, organization, and self-discipline
• Professional, reliable, and responsible, with the ability to pass a background check
• Growth-minded, with an interest in long-term career advancement and leadership opportunities
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone or via virtual platforms (Zoom, etc.)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and CRM systems
