Job description
Make a positive impact every day by supporting students as an Instructional Aide Substitute in a school-based environment near Murrieta, CA. This per diem opportunity is perfect for caring individuals who thrive in flexible roles and want to play a vital role in helping students achieve their best. Shifts are available based on school staffing needs, making it easy to accept assignments that fit your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classrooms
- Offer one-on-one or small-group assistance as directed by educators
- Help students with routines, transitions, and participation throughout the school day
- Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as instructed
- Provide assistance with mobility, supervision, and personal care when needed
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Meet TB testing requirements as per local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
- All required clearances current or willingness to obtain before starting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in education, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
- Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT (helpful but not required)
- Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
