opportunity supports a government contract.
Job Description:
We are looking for an Pega developer to join a contract with a federal
government client in support of an important mission. We are seeking an
experienced Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement business
process management (BPM) and workflow solutions using the Pega platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Pega PRPC
(Pega Rules Process Commander) and proven experience in building
scalable, enterprise-level Pega applications that align with business
requirements.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Work with senior members of the team and users to analyze business
requirements, translating those requirements in to customized
solutions using the Pega 8 platform.
- Implement Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
- Assist the Lead Pega Developer with development work streams, from
design through testing and deployment
- Will be responsible for coding and unit testing using Pega OOTB
features based on the design provided by the Lead Pega Developer
- Maintain effective client relations and rapport delivering timely
and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and
report project risks.
- Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live
application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities,
positioning our clients for long term success.
Requirements:
- Possess one of the following certifications: CSA (Certified System
Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
- Pega Infinity experience
- Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience
- Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or
industry domain expertise
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a
problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and
interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess one of the following certifications: CSA (Certified System

- Pega 8 experience
- Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience

industry domain expertise Bachelor’s + 5 years' experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega development.
