Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-TimeBethany at Pacific | Everett, WAIndependence Rehab$37-$42/hour | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned CompanyHelp Residents Regain the Skills That Matter MostIndependence Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at Bethany at Pacific, located inside Providence Regional Medical Center, and Bethany at Silver Lake, both lovely SNF's in Everett, WA.In this role, you'll split time between both facilities. You will work closely with residents recovering from illness, injury, or hospitalization-helping them rebuild the everyday skills needed for independence. From dressing and grooming to cooking and mobility tasks, your work directly improves quality of life.If you enjoy working with older adults and want to be part of a supportive therapy team, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a meaningful setting.Your Role on the Therapy TeamAs a COTA, you'll partner with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team to deliver therapy that helps residents return to safe, functional living.Daily responsibilities include:• Carrying out treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist• Helping residents regain independence with activities of daily living (ADLs)• Providing therapeutic exercises and functional task training• Teaching safe techniques for dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility• Assisting patients with adaptive equipment and environmental modifications• Tracking patient progress and documenting therapy sessions• Communicating updates to the supervising OT and care team• Working alongside PT, speech therapy, and nursing staff to support patient recoveryEvery day offers the chance to help someone regain abilities that make daily life possible.About the SettingEverett Transitional Care Services is a well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center serving the Everett community.
