Per Diem Teacher's Aide - Temecula, California

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by educators
• Support students with daily classroom routines, transitions, and active participation
• Assist with academics and behavior in alignment with school and IEP goals
• Implement behavior support plans when necessary
• Accompany students who need mobility, supervision, or personal care assistance
• Ensure a positive, respectful learning atmosphere at all times

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Ability to meet TB testing requirements before starting
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Willingness to obtain all school-mandated clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in a school, special education, child care, or behavioral health environment
• Experience assisting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral issues
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are a plus, but not required
• A reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
