- Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Support mobility and physical activities
- Administer medications as directed
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Document patient care and observations
Team Structure: You will work closely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively support our elderly patients.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Experience in geriatric care
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy and compassion
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in geriatric care preferred.
