Job description
Qualifications & Requirements * Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently. * Attention to detail and reliability. Education & Experience * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Knowledge & Skills * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements * Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs. * Ability to push/pull carts and equipment. Work Environment * Indoor/outdoor work with exposure to cleaning chemicals. * Requires weekends and holidays

This role supports guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards. Essential Functions * Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas. * Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies according to standards. * Use checklists to ensure consistency and quality. * Report repair needs or safety issues to leadership. * Maintain communication regarding room status and special requests. * Assist coworkers to support team efficiency. * Uses phone to track/monitor room cleans through the location's computer program. Other Functions * Perform additional cleaning or operational tasks as needed. * Assist other departments during busy periods.
