The Role
As our Residential Production Manager, you'll be the operational core of our residential painting division — keeping projects on schedule, crews coordinated, and customers confident from start to finish.
This is a hands-on, people-first role where your organizational ability, communication skills, and leadership directly shape the customer experience and the health of the business.
