Job description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to serve as the final line of defense in our high-output facility. In this role, you will ensure that every item leaving our production floor meets the highest industry standards. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will work closely with our manufacturing teams to identify defects and implement corrective actions in real-time. Whether you are auditing incoming materials in the warehouse or verifying finished goods, your eye for detail is what keeps our reputation spotless. Join us as a Quality Control Inspector and play a defining role in our manufacturing excellence.

From the initial production stages to the final stages of storage in our warehouse, your expertise ensures our clients receive only the best. We take pride in a manufacturing process that values precision over speed, and your work in the warehouse ensures that our production metrics are backed by undeniable quality.

Whats in it for You?

We believe that the people who protect our quality deserve the highest quality of life. Here is a detailed look at your benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: Earn a high-tier hourly wage with regular reviews based on your technical precision.
  • Comprehensive Healthcare: Access to premium medical, dental, and vision plans to keep you and your family secure.
  • Performance Incentives: Eligibility for our incentive recognition bonus program based on facility-wide quality goals.
  • Advanced Certification Training: We pay for your professional development, including ASQ certifications and NDT training.
  • Modern Testing Lab: Work with the latest measurement tools, including CMMs, digital calipers, and high-resolution micrometers.
  • Safe & Structured Environment: A climate-controlled workspace that prioritizes ergonomic safety and clear operational procedures.
  • Career Advancement: A clear internal path to Senior Inspector or Quality Lead roles for high-performing team members.

Responsibilities Include

  • Performing detailed visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to ensure parts are within tolerance.
  • Documenting all inspection results and maintaining meticulous quality control logs.
  • Identifying, tagging, and sequestering non-conforming materials to prevent them from reaching the customer.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to troubleshoot recurring defects and improve overall output.
  • Conducting periodic audits of equipment calibration to ensure testing accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role within a technical environment.
  • Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical blueprints and GD&T symbols.
  • High level of analytical thinking and a "zero-defect" mindset.
  • Excellent written communication skills for generating detailed compliance reports.
  • High school diploma required; a technical degree or quality certification is highly preferred.

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $25/hr

Comprehensive Benefits: Includes premium health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and eligibility for an incentive recognition bonus program. Access to training and development to expand your technical certifications.
