This entry-level B2B Insurance Sales Representative role is designed for someone who wants to make a real difference, with the training, systems, and mentorship needed to succeed confidently. You'll help business owners and their employees access important financial protection—while building a career with structure, long-term potential, and purpose.

Earnings: $65,000 – $85,000+ in your first year (Starting base draw, uncapped commission, bonuses)
Pay Structure: Weekly base draw during ramp-up, then ongoing commissions and incentives
Support Provided:
State licensing support & reimbursement
CRM access, marketing tools, and structured training
Quarterly & annual incentives (cash bonuses, trips, recognition)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekend flexibility)
Work Environment: In-person, business-to-business (B2B) sales within your local area
