Job description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Midtown Oaks Post Acute 📍Sacramento, CA 💲 $21-$23 per hour 🕒 Shifts Available: AM & PM (Full-Time / Part-Time) Join Our Compassionate Care Team Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Position Summary The CNA provides routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans, facility policies, and direction from licensed nursing staff. Key Responsibilities * Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) * Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, weight, intake/output) * Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly * Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility support * Answer call lights and ensure resident comfort and safety * Provide mealtime support, including feeding and documenting intake * Maintain clean, organized, and safe resident rooms * Document care accurately in charts and flow sheets * Observe and report skin issues, injuries, or changes in behavior * Support admissions, transfers, and discharges * Follow infection control and HIPAA guidelines Qualifications ✅ Active CNA certification (required) ✅ CPR certification (preferred) ✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✅ Compassionate and patient-centered approach ✅ Reliable and able to follow direction Physical Requirements * Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs * Frequent standing, walking, bending, and assisting residents * Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations Why Join Midtown Oaks Post Acute? ✨ Competitive pay: $21-$23/hour ✨ Flexible scheduling - AM & PM shifts available ✨ Supportive leadership and team environment ✨ Growth and advancement opportunities ✨ Rewarding work with meaningful impact Apply Today Start a rewarding career where you can make a difference every day.
