Senior Landscape Designer
$30-$40/hr | 5-Day Work Week
We’re looking for a Landscape Designer who enjoys working with plants, collaborating with clients, and helping bring thoughtful, ecologically grounded landscapes to life. This is an opportunity to design meaningful landscapes while working closely with a small team of builders and horticulturalists.

Rutheo Designs builds, designs, and maintains landscapes focused on habitat restoration, edible gardens, and ecological landscaping. Our work helps homeowners reconnect with nature while supporting pollinators, improving soil health, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

About the Role:
The Landscape Designer is responsible for developing landscape plans for new garden installations and working directly with clients throughout the design process.
You will meet with clients, analyze site conditions, create design plans, coordinate plant orders and deliveries and pickups with local nurseries and the operations manager, and collaborate with the project manager and installation team to ensure successful project implementation.
