We provide leadsbut top producers dont rely on them alone.
What Were Looking For (Must-Have Experience)
We are prioritizing candidates with:
- Experience in personal lines insurance sales (highly preferred)
OR
- Strong phone sales / outbound sales experience (call-heavy environments)
Additionally:
- 1+ years of commissioned sales experience (required)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Consistent work ethic backed by solid job history
P&C License required (or willingness to obtainwell support you)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
- Top performers earning $100K+ annually
- Total Compensation: $65,000 $125,000+
- $2,000 licensing bonus (after 90 days with valid P&C license)

Build relationships and develop customized insurance solutions to protect clients' assets
Follow up on warm leads and referrals to generate new business
Make 100150 outbound calls per day to follow up and prospect
Deliver engaging sales presentations and close deals
Conduct needs-based policy reviews and recommend updates as needed
Create a positive, professional customer experience every time
