We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create a successful environment. We know what it is like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard, or work in a place that hinders your growth. We strive to always show appreciation, along with bringing the resources and training needed for our team to grow and be successful. We also work to raise money for local charities each month, and ensure that as a team we are making a positive impact in our community.
Qualifications:
I’m Jimmy, owner of Auto Mechanic Shop, where one of my foundational missions was to create a better environment for technicians. I too, have a technical background and started as an ASE certified technician back in 2005, and the fact that I have been in your shoes (or boots), really makes it important to me.
