Job details We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Technician I to support warehouse and inventory operations. This role combines data entry responsibilities with hands-on warehouse tasks, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory and shipment documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. ...
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into internal systems
Review and verify shipping and inventory documentation for accuracy
Assist with preparing and labeling pallets for shipment
Perform routine inventory checks and audits
Use handheld scanners, tablets, or computers to track materials
Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Support warehouse operations and complete additional tasks as assigned

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Experience with warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory)
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems
Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices, or tablets
Inventory control and cycle counting experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Previous data entry experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
Understanding of shipping documentation and processes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Basic computer proficiency (data entry, navigating systems)
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Reliable attendance and good work ethic
