Job description

Position Overview
The Sales Director is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the organization’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role oversees the sales team, establishes performance goals, and builds strong client relationships while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations
