Euromotive Performance is looking for a professional, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team in Pompano Beach.
We are a high-level independent European repair shop specializing in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Bentley, and other luxury brands. We are not looking for an order-taker. We want someone who knows how to build trust, communicate clearly, sell needed services honestly, and create an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
Greet customers and deliver a high-end service experience
Listen carefully to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders
Communicate with technicians to understand vehicle issues and repair needs
Present estimates and recommendations in a confident, honest, and professional way
Follow up on declined work, pending approvals, and completed repairs
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently
Help drive sales while maintaining trust and long-term relationships
Ensure every customer leaves feeling taken care of
What we’re looking for:
Experience as an automotive service advisor, service writer, or similar customer-facing automotive role, including Collision Advisor
Strong sales ability without being pushy
Excellent communication and people skills
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop
Professional appearance and attitude
Comfortable working with European and luxury vehicle clients
Able to build rapport quickly and confidently handle objections
Experience with shop management software/CRM is a plus
Valid driver’s license required
