Il s’agit d’un tout nouveau poste de cuisinier ou cuisinière pour développer le service de traiteur du Bistro 4 Saisons. Le poste est à temp partiel pour débuter et l’horaire variera selon l’achalandage. Possibilité de combler les heures au Bistro 4 Saisons.

Description du poste

Relevant du Chef ou du sous-chef, le ou la cuisinier(ère) – service traiteur est responsable de la préparation, de la cuisson et de la mise en place des plats destinés aux événements à l’extérieur de l’organisation. Il ou elle assure également la qualité des repas servis sur place et contribue au bon déroulement des opérations lors des services traiteur.

Tâches et responsabilités :

  • Préparer et cuisiner les plats selon les menus établis;
  • Participer à la mise en place pour les événements (production, emballage, transport) ;
  • Assurer le montage et le service des repas sur les lieux des événements ;
  • Veiller à la qualité, à la présentation et à la constance des plats ;
  • Gérer efficacement son poste de travail lors des événements (autonomie requise) ;
  • Collaborer avec le chef et l’équipe pour assurer un service fluide ;
  • Maintenir les normes d’hygiène, de salubrité et de sécurité alimentaire ;
  • Nettoyer et entretenir les équipements et les espaces de travail ;
  • Adapter le travail selon les imprévus et les besoins sur le terrain;
  • Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe.

Qualifications :

FORMATION

  • DEP en cuisine (un atout);
  • Formation en hygiène et salubrité (un atout).

EXPÉRIENCE

  • 5 ans d’expérience en cuisine.

COMPÉTENCES

  • Démontrer une très grande autonomie;
  • Démontrer une dextérité au-dessus de la moyenne;
  • Démontrer une capacité de gestion du stress;
  • Bon communicateur;
  • Connaissance du secteur d’activité touristique.
