MUST: Experienced Medical Assistant - Medical Receptionist 2 plus years of experience as a Medical Assistant Must have experience work on EMR; knowledge of Epic highly preferred Must have strong experience verifying insurance and handling prior authorizations Must have experience handling and conducting high amounts of calls Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Must be a Medical Assistant diploma or Certified/Registered as a Medical Assistant
