We are seeking a "new-bee" to join our Quality Assurance team and assist with the management of our Quality Assurance tasks. Tasks could include: reviewing supplier documentation to aid in supplier approvals, organizing supplier information and certificates, or assisting the team with various tasks. GloryBee is a fast-paced work environment.
You'll work alongside 4 team members at our Production Facility located at 1680 Irving Road. A typical work week of the Supply Chain Documentation Specialist is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
We are looking for someone with three years of demonstrated experience processing documentation in and administrative capacity; prior food industry experience preferred. Intermediate level of proficiency in Word, Outlook, SharePoint (page formatting, templates creation, emailing, etc) and intermediate proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Prior MRP or ERP system knowledge; X3 highly desired. Strong problem-solving and research skills, detail oriented, exceptional customer service and follow through, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to prioritize work flow while allowing for flexibility, collaborative team player. High school diploma required, 4 year degree in Food, Chemistry or Microbiology preferred.
