The Charter Sales Manager is responsible for selling on-demand charter trips, expanding and retaining client relationships, and converting qualified opportunities through the full sales cycle-from lead to quote to close to repeat business-while collaborating closely with Operations to ensure seamless client experience. This role is expected to bring an existing book of business and grow it meaningfully over time. Reporting This position reports to the VP of Global Sales.
