Under general supervision, the position is responsible for all driver recruiting efforts for those who apply and are directed to J.B. Hunt. This position is also responsible for outward focused recruiting including soliciting and screening potential drivers for all divisions. Responsible for selling J.B. Hunt's compensation and benefits package to secure qualified drivers.

At J.B. Hunt Transport, we believe in rewarding our Driver Recruiters with a competitive and performance-based pay structure. While individual earnings vary based on performance, the average annual W?2 earnings for this role are approximately $86,000.

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
