• Curious About Construction: Maybe you're not an expert (yet), but you're eager to learn the industry lingo and what matters to our clients. Oh, and if you don't know any of this stuff, you'll find out.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or a related field or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of experience in proposal and presentation planning and coordination, page layout, drafting tailored proposal content, graphics development, and editing. AEC industry experience a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with emphasis on superior persuasive writing and presentation ability.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.); proficient in MS Office (namely PowerPoint).

The full salary range for this position is $55,000 to $75,000. This position is eligible for a target bonus.
