No recruitment experience is necessary, just great communication skills and a desire to succeed. We offer an in-depth training program to help you go from rookie to recruitment pro. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will actively onboard new clients through cold calling and pitch Harnham's services, source ideal candidates, manage the client and candidate process, and meet KPIs and targets to achieve your short and long-term goals.
We used to call our training a graduate programme, and we are still really interested in speaking to graduates however we have recently changed our wording to ensure that people know that we welcome applicants from all backgrounds for the role. Given that we provide full training as to do the role, your drive and energy is more important, so whether you are looking to change career or return to work we would love to hear from you. You will have the opportunity to earn over $70k OTE in your first year, with a competitive commission structure that is uncapped and that improves as you get promoted. On top of a very clear-cut promotion criteria that is the same for every employee at each level we also offer amazing incentives such as winner's trips, monthly lunch clubs, teams' night outs, and a sociable culture.
